Mindfulness Meditation is paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with what is. You'll explore the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness in this 6 week course. There will be short lectures, discussions and 20-25 minutes of guided and silent meditation each day. You'll be given a variety of tools that will help you strengthen your practice. Yoga mats will be available. You're also welcome to bring cushions or back rests if these would make you more comfortable. This course is led by Terry Bean Iverson.
